And all I can say is this one has without a doubt been the most difficult one to develop so far. It’s got quite a bit of emotion in different parts of it and that can be difficult to translate into a solid track, that said, it’s coming along nicely, I’ve just hit an absurdly punk section and the vocals have gone anti tune, which when people hear it and have read this will know what I’m talking about.<\/p>\n
All of that occurring in the build-up to the Administration Appeal on my social welfare benefit and its disappearance with a week spent going over a brick load of paperwork. Thing is it was no joy in a very humid period of weather and to make matters worse I ended up getting two small foot ulcers between my toes that were more than painful. I have had one previously which I managed to get rid of fairly quickly with some on hand aromatherapy oils but the second one, while it’s just about close to being healed has taken nearly two weeks and looking at all the tissue regrowth, I’m considering how quickly those things can turn into toe amputations if not attended to ASAP.<\/p>\n
So that was not pleasant. How they appeared out of nowhere, surprising, to say the least and best left to the last few weeks of my life because I don’t want to be thinking about them again anytime soon other than the immediate attention it’s getting here. Sure I should get to a Doctors, I will be going in for a checkup and some much needed follow up once I’ve finished this EP. Its kind of funny but not really when you consider how many musicians\/bands have had to pack it in or disband when some kind of medical emergency has struck them and why would I find it funny? Well, I think to myself at least in this period of my life it was doing something that really gave me an opportunity to explore my own creativity. No, I won’t be writing a song about a Gangrene foot, it didn’t get to that stage it’s just a reminder that care has to be taken at all times in relation to one’s health.<\/p>\n
What more is there to tell you? The outcome of the appeal is about two weeks away, this track is running a minimum of one week behind time and when its finished the last track I’m doing for the EP has been decided and it’s hopefully going to be loud noisy but fun pounding guitar track. There’s some outstanding coding issues that need to be attended to in relation to updates of the blog and the shop which is currently set aside to be done in the new year. There’s one month left to this year and despite it all, I plan to make it a big one…I hope everyone else does as well…<\/p>\n
