It’s that time of year, the ending of 2018 with 2019 just on the horizon. Oddly enough I haven’t read any recent news articles for what’s in store for the new year, most likely they’ll start appearing soon. All I can say for the most part many reports have had a rather ominous feel to them across the board from economics to general futures of anything including information technology.<\/p>\n
So How Did Lipcrack Fare in 2018.<\/p>\n
Well actually we had a lot of up’s and downs. The downs were having to move the site due to way too much time spent in technical support which generally we don’t need. That was time consumptive. The Up’s, despite some initial hiccup’s it actually turned out to be the best thing we did this year other than releasing two new tracks from the State of Suppression EP.<\/p>\n
Why haven’t we release more? It’s been kind of suppressing here. More so than I might have ever thought it would be or ever become. Is that a reflection of that general 2019 feel and beyond? Perhaps, I couldn’t say.<\/p>\n
Lipcrack did end up having to take on a new range of technical information as a part of the new site hosting which all proved to be insightful and beyond most of the previous experiences we’ve had with hosting.<\/p>\n
That said, I haven’t made it into The Cloud yet which appears to be a major driving force in terms of hosting, surfing and generally access to some higher state of being, maybe meeting “The Maker”, who knows. All I can say is currently I’m in no state to push those limits too soon because it appears I might have been doing that in my own life and created a few unnecessary health problems in the process. Do I have my head in the cloud? No.<\/p>\n
Does That Mean The End of Lipcrack?
\nThat’s another observation, seems quite a few things are ending soon but that’s not actually where we are heading as far as planning goes. At the same time though, it is still under those notions of hypothetical with the intention of only bringing future expansion to Lipcrack if audiences are willing and the overall climate for development supports and works with those plans.<\/p>\n
So here are the current updates in store.<\/p>\n
1. Over the next couple of weeks I’m going to finalize those job vacancies and job descriptions for the Lipcrack site.<\/p>\n
2. There most likely will be a photo shoot for updates in 2019.<\/p>\n
3. There will be steps taken to finalize song selection for a new EP to be developed at some future time.<\/p>\n
4. Updates to business groups will continue. Again it’s been run at a very limited capacity and at the same time capable of so much more.<\/p>\n
5. An assessment will be made in terms of further education and ability for it to be completed.<\/p>\n
While it’s the last thing I want to be mentioning in a Blog update I am currently experiencing a range of health issues which are in the process of assessment via the general practitioners and various experts.\u00a0When I have a better indication of where my own health is going to go in 2019 I’ll be more willing to make some major\/long term commitments. It currently does not make sense to do anything else until that time.<\/p>\n
6. I’m fairly sure there will be another track released from the E.P. However that won’t be done until all promotions are completed.<\/p>\n
That is the direction of Lipcrack for 2019 and as the year comes to it’s conclusion and all range of\u00a0activities come into play mostly in celebration of all the year events, we’d just like to send out a range of our own messages,<\/p>\n
1. Thanks to those that all took a moment of their own time to support us.<\/p>\n
2. Thanks to all those that gave us so many great reasons to support them.<\/p>\n
3. Anyone that didn’t get included I’m sure there’s some new self help course you can be referred to so that things improve, I can guarantee you soon enough someone will be trying some kind of hypnotherapy on me, remember we all need things regardless of who’s telling us we do and don’t.<\/p>\n

P.S At this stage I won’t be putting any further health reports in the Lipcrack Blog even though it’s a area of interest and some studies were done in University. If something presents itself which would somehow fit with Lipcrack’s over all direction in regards to music releases it would be considered. However at this time no such plan exists other than suggesting, Lipcrack listeners stay healthy, it’s for your own Good.<\/p>\n
