It seems almost hard to believe this years flown like it has but throw in a Corona Virus and obviously you’re in for some serious action. I’m sure Hollywood will turn it into a block buster sooner or later.<\/p>\n
So what of Lipcrack? Mail outs have started and it’s always interesting to experience feedback of industry representatives, from those responsible for publishing CD’s to the press agents at the end of those lines. As usual the, “you no longer fit our audience format” to the \u201cwe’re just starting to like some of the gear your putting out”, scenarios, its part of the process that makes it interesting. And it’s much like getting fan mail, if you can hear what people are telling you and respond it makes the process a two way street. <\/p>\n
All I can say at this stage is keep those comments coming and if it’s appropriate Lipcrack will do its best to produce and release a few more good tracks. Any mail that require a response will be attended to, it might not be right away but as soon as possible. We do actually have a lot more mail to go out but part of our process has been hampered by companies changing software policies after buying equipment and just those general annoyances that make it a more difficult task than it should be. <\/p>\n
An important task of running an online business is keeping a clean mailing list. As you might imagine, throw in something like Covid 19 and you potentially have a large people number of people who no longer have email addresses. That’s not a complete run down but gives you an idea of what can occur along with redundant company emails. It’s a fairly big task to manage and complete with few problems as possible.<\/p>\n
Important News – as of December 2020, there’s a few online mechanisms that keep web sites running that will be made redundant. I know that Lipcrack have some of those applets running in the site and for us it’s a bit of a wait and see then respond scenario. If you should happen to experience some down time when visiting, don’t worry, it’s being given consideration and as soon as any changes that might occur are determined, they will be interpreted for site interruptions and acted upon. There’s no intention of closing the Lipcrack site at this time but if it requires some redevelopment it will be done right away.<\/p>\n
The New Equipment – that ended up being held up to some extent in customs and will be taking a little longer than expected to arrive. I’ve been looking forward to experiencing a new work environment and can’t say much more until it’s arrived and put to the test. I’ll let people know when that happens but am well aware that it’s much like a phone and a smaller scale in terms of carrying work around with me.<\/p>\n
And that’s it for November, last months photo update was a bit of a joke for people who commented, basically it was me having a bit of a bit of a dig at Blonde jokes. My health well that is still way out to lunch I’ve very disappointed to be saying. It’s just something I never expected much like many of the health ailments I’ve experienced over a lifetime, I’ll actually be moving to the \u201cGrannies Remedies\u201d first to see if I can achieve any improvement followed by some serious medical follow up, its actually quite debilitating and I’m really surprised, I’d liken it to the Grand Pianist that gets arthritis in their fingers, not something you want to hear or be on the receiving end of. <\/p>\n
