Wow it’s only been just over a month (it feels like a year) since the last Blog update and there’s been changes. Lipcrack have moved the site from Utah to Texas and made a couple of upgrades on the way.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Here’s the run down :<\/p>\n

1. The site was upgraded to a Secure Socket Connection. You should see the safe lock in the top browsing bar which means that your computer has a direct connection to where the site is hosted and any information that is relayed is between the Lipcrack site and your computer only.<\/p>\n

The technicalities of it are providing a more secure web browsing experience with little ability for data interception between the two systems.<\/p>\n

Possibly your thinking what safe lock ? It’s not on the Blog.<\/p>\n

It’s on the front of the site, script page,\u00a0music downloads and shop pages. The Blog which is a third party software that Lipcrack use to keep our site visitors informed, needed a couple of additional changes which may have created issues down the track if the site was moved again. That is the only reason it wasn’t adapted to the main site. (And I’m actually pretty happy about it).<\/p>\n

You might also notice that links from the music page have been included to redirect directly to the shop. It’s an easier and more convenient shopping experience if that’s your pleasure.
\nSo good things ….<\/p>\n

There will be a couple more network checks then its time to start mailing the radio stations which is also\u00a0good news. Lipcrack will keep you updated on how things go with that even if it’s to give people an indication of how hard the breaks come.<\/p>\n

In the meantime I did get in front of the camera recently and took a small range of images to update the site with over the next few months. I don’t know that there will be any track updates but I can tell you this. I recently participated in a site promotion with one of the companies I purchase sound gear from and it was purchased with the intention of making another EP before the year is out.<\/p>\n

That’s the intention, now depending on all other factors currently effecting my life, it might be a different story.<\/p>\n

PS. Network tests on mail configs today have not been good, already there’s reports of some kind of Black list.
