I will however try and keep it concise and short as possible for those who take the time to keep informed.

First up – Happy New’s it’s my Birthday Month, no not my birthday today but my birthday month which despite how others can treat you in that period of time, I go all out to feel the warm vibrations and that happy buzz that can equate to knowing I’m going to be stuffing some kind of dangerous to your health cake in my gullet for a few day’s later this month and spending money on something I restrict myself to buying on my birthday. Now just imagine if I lived my life like it was my birthday everyday!

Now that took way to long so on to what’s been happening. Mail out’s have been great, we’ve actually been introduced to a whole range of new people from Ale Houses to Make Up Artists. We’ve been searching out those business groups and organizations that we feel not only might enjoy our music but can also contribute to what realistically I’d like to make one big birthday party if I get to touring stage.

And guess what ? A few of them made an effort to write back the biggest name in those businesses was a Calvin Klein representative. It’s a clothing house Duh! We’ve been provided with a head quarter address to further that potential business communication. In fact we started throwing around Underwear Advertising Slogans on our Twitter Page, some are hoping it will get to our underware. (More on that later). The Computing Companies we contacted haven’t shown a great deal of interest but we still think there’s a lot of potential there and shall continue our efforts.

That being said it’s been exhausting, I’ve actually been lucky to get out 1500 a week because each letter requires careful consideration and near the end I was starting to phaze out. As it is the mail provider I send through has a probationary period in which 40,000 email’s need to have a less than 10% bounce rate. I can tell you that is in part what took a considerable time developing because there are a range of products in the market place and they all generate different reports and results. It took a fair bit of mathematics to arrive at the current working model which is providing good results. Unfortunately it doesn’t write the letters, maybe that will be the next big software market. Have your letters written for you – Dream.

Now one interesting fact – it seems Australia, where I am located has very strict mailing policies. Even though the email I sent were “Sourcing Business Opportunity” mails, probably more than 80% of those informed me that the server was picking them up as Spam. So will it be any wonder if Lipcrack ends up in “Foreign Arms”? The facts are they are more obliging when it comes to business.

From Business and onto the unfriendly Conglomerates that show that they can be real nightmares when it comes to business. I don’t think anyone is going to believe this but it’s what the current situation is.

About 5 day’s ago I went to log into my Twitter account and a request was made for a mobile phone number, I don’t have one and I haven’t been in a big hurry to get one because the fact is they’re Way Over Priced. Simple fact, they are making companies billions and leaving families poor. I don’t agree with that type of business agenda, you know monthly plans where you never stop paying for something because there’s a new monthly plan the following year add up to big dollars in CEO pockets. And while I work in the technology sector I can also see the hazards of it. From Global Warming to the corruption that comes with it and a lot of people miss that agenda that’s often behind closed doors. ( I think I may have said this previously). In fact if you’ve looked recently at some of the ecological new’s you’d be aware that many marine life higher up the chain are currently starving. I’m not saying that’s the phone companies fault but global warming causes changes in climates which effect migration patterns of animals. Not only that of course there’s the current huge depletion of fish due to over fishing. It all bares grave consequence.

To cut a long story short I ended up providing my fathers mobile number the access code was sent, it timed out, repeat requests for an access code were made and repeat messages of “We are currently experiencing technical difficulties” was the end result. So as you do when that type of situation occurs, you look for a way to make contact with the company and work out what the problem is. I’ll post a few examples of what I experienced in the process of doing this.

1. So far there’s no way to make contact with a tech support rep that can resolve the issue. You can only pick a question and answer type scenario that’s meant to fit your problem but in this case didn’t. I can assure you, they’ll send you a bunch of “reset your password” email’s that don’t resolve the problem.

So obviously after a fair bit of dissatisfaction in this matter, I looked for a page where you can contact their legal department, Guess What? Nothing. I did find a couple of interesting items which I took screen captures of and have included for demonstration purposes only. One of them includes some of the guidelines under which you apparently accept to use the service .e.g Acceptable behaviours.

Anyone notice that one sided “what we say is right and what you say is right is our opinion only” bias coming through. I mean obviously I’m looking at it from the point of view that someone is deliberately preventing me from accessing my account and I actually have a number of reasons to believe that which currently are theories.

Following that well I did find an email to send to someone however as I pointed out in it, I’m not in India but it’s the only contact email I could find. (Could I say the Indian’s are being well looked after?). The message I received from contacting that address goes as follows :

Hello @lipcrack.com,
We’re writing to let you know that the group you tried to contact (grievance-officer-in) may not exist, or you may not have permission to post messages to the group. A few more details on why you weren’t able to post:

Etc, etc. So as anyone would when it get’s to that point you look up the company details. What I found was that 40.1% of twitter posts are considered “Pointless babble”, (Wikipedia). That was amusing what wasn’t is the fact that the company was underwritten by Goldman Sachs.

Now I’m not targeting that organization but I am aware of how many legal cases that company has been put in court for due to simply put “Breaking the Law” and for very big money too. The information in relation to this company and all it’s “Big on Power” buddies came up, which left me thinking, well it’s no wonder my account isn’t accessible, fact is I do a fair bit of campaigning about injustice and I was quite surprised to see how many countries have banned Twitter (which personally I don’t see as an injustice) along with how many countries have been targeted by Twitter and are being used to pursue it’s policies.

Wow – now wasn’t that a completely surprising update from Lipcrack.

In actual fact it’s still going to be a great birthday month despite the fact that I can’t access my Twitter Account, I have a lot of very rewarding relationships online that I will continue to develop which don’t require me “Selling the world” on the next big stock exchange exploit and fiddling the books with high power executives to gain some form of elitist credibility.

Of course my view points might not be the conventionally money grubbing were out for all we can get mentality. In fact I’m still a member of the X-Generation that considers “We’re being done over by these people and getting ripped off in the process”… And I don’t like that.

I could go on however the main points of what has and does occur in a month has been provided in this update. For those of you that still like collecting a picture here’s one and update next month. (it’s a long break between those pointless twit’s but it’s News).
Lipcrack

So new’s for this Month is possibly going to take a year to relay so be prepared.
