Anyone starting to feel some of those Winter Blues coming on? What? your saying, were only in Autumn.
Well, I’m going to fill you in on some news. When I took this photo shoot at the start of the year, I was actually a little ill, but didn’t think much more of it than just a cold but in actual fact there were a whole range of other symptoms that I ended up going to the hospital for in relation too, prior to that. After some blood tests and discussion which didn’t really go anywhere further in terms of checks, I was informed to get to the Doctors which I did. Since then and it’s taken some time, I’m in some kind of standby, waiting queue to have a number of follow up appointments in hospital due to some scans which show something that requires follow up. For some reason like a number of matters occurring it’s always being complicated by something else including other peoples actions. At the same time though this month, May tomorrow, I’m going to be attempting some natural therapies while waiting for other gear to progress. It’s not always a good idea to do that but at the same time its going to give me an indication on some necessary changes I might need to make generally.
Not only that, a number of times this month I’ve been beyond that “fed up with how things are operating around here”, mental state. That said, I have continued to develop the tracks in the meantime with the tiniest insert of where things are on the current track. I think it’s going okay. All the other Internet gear though!, that’s turning into a nightmare.
Those mailing issues with the hosting company are close to a resolution as far as things go with a solution in place waiting to be checked via testing, in fact there’s a number of solutions waiting in line. What has occurred in the meantime is the new ISP which is located in Australia, technical support in Manila, somewhat typical of how many business groups manage outsourcing these days. Have not been that interested in resolving a couple of issues that they have been presented with in terms of network checks. Unfortunately those checks are quite critical and necessary and when they all check out, everything operates correctly. Currently that is not the case, examples of current problems being experience are :
1. Can’t access the Lipcrack site to do some very important tasks in terms of work flow.
2. Can’t access any mail going to the Lipcrack mailboxes
3. Many sites which normally can be accessed for downloads and software checking are being somehow blocked by the new ISP, I was fairly surprised when a site detailed that the issue was coming from the ISP and it’s replacing security certificates messages.
That said though, there’s a number of other checks taking place which are going to assist in these matters.
And while it’s still a hobby, it’s being developed so that it can go to a higher stage of production. Generally though I’m of the opinion that if it’s not going to be allowed to operate correctly on the ground floor, why would I bother taking it to the next level and I believe I’ve said that before.
This month has presented a range of issues and there always seems to be plenty of those, if I do one task and not the other the track gets stalled which has occurred numerous times due to, see above. I decided regardless of that to put finishing the second track as the priority. The plan will be to try and get the new issues resolved in the following month and that’s about it for now.
Hope everyone had a reasonable month, I’m still hoping for a better year ahead but personally for me that could be questionable in light of how it’s going.
