Well if anyone was expecting mountains of joy and untold wisdom’s, your at the wrong place. It’s currently same situation same story different company particularly in relation to web related business.
Lipcrack Mail Out’s
Lipcrack mail went through to venues and various music related business groups no major problems. The same can be said for the Film Industry contacts we maintain. Then a couple of day’s ago I heard from the web company that hosts our web site apparently a couple of times mail went over their limits. Were talking say 10 to 20 mail nothing serious other than some computer slip-age. As it is the last correspondence with them basically reads “were going to stop you mailing because its against our policy”, (That is given there generous 500 mail per hour limit). However their policy appears to be quite different to the Federal Laws regarding the matter and I maintain that the list is a valid mail list.

So that’s on hold while I get a letter together to maintain our legal position in the matter. While I know that there are Spam issues on the web, mailing a group of businesses which you’ve paid a subscription fee to access their services for the purpose of establishing business communications doesn’t really fall in the Spam category. They’re saying it’s not a Double Opt in list, what it is, in our opinion is a private network where you pay for the right to establish and maintain contact with relevant industry representatives. In fact not only do you opt in, you pay to.
No point going on about it here other that to say different day same story.

These samples as of May 2021 are no longer available online.
They may resurface some time down the track but for now any musical inserts can be found via links on the Lipcrack website.

They are once again by no means indicative of the final track.
Other than that I decided to mix things up a little bit in terms of today’s photo release. This is a small scale image from ideas that I put together when developing the “Blow Me Away” CD Cover art. It’s a bifocal view of an empty stage arena.
Any other news ? Probably nothing more than you already know. But there’s bound to be more in the coming year.
Stay out of tune but in tune with Lipcrack.
