A Day In The Life

Posted on April 8, 2015 By Alena

You wouldn’t believe I’m currently waiting for tech support to get back to me from the hosting company in relation to why the data base from the Blog isn’t being updating when the Blog is. I don’t have to tell you my theories which would usually amount to a law suit so I’ll ask that Lipcrackers that are waiting for the track release to please remain patient. I can inform you that tech support takes up to five days to respond generally to my requests that’s after being with them for some time. It was a 24 hours turn around previously I won’t comment anymore on that other than to say they inform me they’re very busy. Personally I don’t believe that other than for the fact it doesn’t seem as though they’re willing to take on Staff to handle their “busy work load”.

So… In the meantime and I’ve been planning it on and off for some time now but went full boar at it last night. If you visit the http://www.lipcrack.com address you’ll notice the front page of the site has been updated. Hurray !

Generally this is just a small note for those that might drop in to see why they haven’t got their hands on the track yet to recognise that given the competitive nature of the music industry and those countries currently
dousing the world with “Their Stye of Music”…they’re not going to be in that much of a hurry for me……if I were on their books it would be a differrent story.

I am considering getting mail out’s running on this machine while a decision in relation to what’s happened to the other computer can be determine. It’s going to be a messy process. However as I have nothing to do while I wait other than update the site web site it’s the best plan to keep things moving. Obviously I’m sitting on the private update because lets face it….it’s private.

That’s a few more updates than usual. I’m also wondering why the Protected Access module in the Blog has switched back to Protected. While some of you might be wondering why doesn’t she just give us the password?, those that don’t subscribe would also have access. Its been a tricky mess. It wouldn’t have occurred if the Subscribers mailing list hadn’t been tampered with. I’m also of the belief there’s possible more to it than that.

It’s a wait and see situation. Again I ask subscribers to be patient you’ll get an email as soon as the situation is resolved or another solution is put into action, that’s all I can tell you at this stage.

At least you can enjoy the new site updates…..I think it Rocks.
