Another month and I must say slightly more progressive than the last few. Why ? Because we’re knocking on some fabulously new inspiring doors and have had some very
positive responses. By mid week this week close to 18,000 emails were sent in the last month to verified business contacts . That is the highest mail out number that’s been achieved and isn’t easy to maintain. We could be reaching more through other avenues but were happy with how it’s progressing.
It’s actually taken most of the month to get into a routine that accommodates that type of process and track production has been at a stand still. That however is getting closer and closer to changing. Computers were swapped so that production is “In my Face” so to speak, and can’t be avoided, which I’m also happy about.
Bad news ? I can’t think of any. But I will say this the company we send mail through are pulling a number with us, which they either know they’re doing, or they don’t and made a small mistake. Basically it reads like this. Mail out bounce figures can only be .5 percent of all mail sent before an account gets suspended that’s lower than it was. Currently we are running below that, but they’re taking the figure from the last six months prior
when we had a higher figure. So if all the months figures were to get added it could go higher than from the time when the new “allowed rate” was implemented. We’re on a probation of 87,000 mails for the next check stop point. Let’s see if it’s possible.
That’s it ! Everyone stay safe from the weather however it’s hitting you and we’ll see you next month maybe with some more goodies.
