2015 has arrived and who could have predicted the current mayhem? Or what’s in store for the rest of the year?
The only thing I can tell you with some certainty is that Lipcrack have a dosage coming your way, Seafood and Salt from the New EP. This will be available early March. In between times it’s back to making contact with labels and music industry representatives for additional promotional support.
As people may know each year Lipcrack play with themes that exist, comes into existence or perpetuate each year. This years theme is “Break It In“. There’s more to life than Lunch Breaks.
Plans for the New Year?
The last few weeks I’ve spent finalizing instrumental versions of Lipcrack tracks which might be used in performances with live vocals. In between tasks there’s going to be some vocal rehearsals.
I’ve also reconnected with the local services involved with work placement and job matching. This could result in a different work schedule, if it doesn’t my plan for this year is to continue to develop the Lipcrack site in spare time, there’s not a lot of that. That said there’s going to be some time next week to get a quick photo session in.
This year is a different year for Lipcrack in terms of its general functioning and will involve a lot of networking. Previous years were spent in preparation for that so we’re going to be “Out There” for a great deal of time.
