A Day In The Life

Posted on February 22, 2018February 22, 2018 By Alena

So what of February and the month of lovers? Did everyone have a great Valentines Day, Lipcrack sent some nice wishes via Twitter but other than that, we’ll all I can say is it’s looking fairly miserable out there in terms of love and that’s on a societal level, don’t forget we live in the money grab world and legalities is the leading principle it seems these days.

What am I on about. Well, unbelievably the Admin Appeal was not successful although there is room to move it to the Federal Courts. Take note of paragraph one before making your mind up. Even though I basically proved via customer complaint notes from their feedback lines that the situation was quite different to how they presented it alleging I requested to go off payment, really inappropriate, I have not one reason not to accept unemployment benefit. The matter was decided in favor of the processes, insert “Dictatorship, Oppressive Regime”, anything similar and you’ll have nailed it. Sure there are bills to pay, but exploiting others to do it, can’t agree with it, that’s a very simple response here. But it seems to be what the new policies are about.

I will add the main document they relied on which is their Authorized Review paperwork, I’ll state this quite clearly now. I’ve received maybe 40 of those things over time, each maintaining that someone will contact me to discuss the matter. How many times have I been contacted? None, they’ve just gone in and continually maintained their regurgitated spill which see’s your unemployment benefit canceled. There’s obviously more to it than that, however, I am stating the basic facts of how deceptive and corrupt it is. If they had contacted me, once again I’d have more evidence on behalf of departmental paperwork. I’m not discussing it any further in my blog, I find it so repulsive, I don’t like dwelling on it. Although currently again, while I was recently connected to a new Job Network, my payments have not been processed and information provided by the two different services has been conflicting. I am of the opinion they are deliberately withholding my payments and it’s probably quite illegal at this stage, particularly in terms of providing false information. But I am not a lawyer and nor do I want to be.

Who wants the good news?
Things have been going well in terms of the current processes for updating the site for those technologies that have had some difficulty accessing data. It’s not completed but should go live sometime in the following month. I will point out though, despite the knowledge that the web is an evolving medium, there’s a point where evolving with it becomes a monetary inconvenience and I maintain the position that once these upgrades are completed, there is no intention in the near future to make further changes to the applications which provide access to data and tracks. Basically put, I’m saying if your mobile phone can’t access it one year from now…. that’s just tough luck, were certainly not planning it that way so maybe you should consider a different carrier or network..

All new tracks have a music-only version sitting there waiting for me to practice for any potential live performances and needs to be done, despite knowing the words the practice is required for ensuring that you come in on cue, or the point in the music where the verse is required. It’s not as easy as it sounds.

There’s not a great deal more to be said other than I’m actually looking forward to next month in terms of finalizing those technical details so that mail-outs can once again commence and enjoying some of those online interactions with our audience, hopefully, they’ll appreciate our recent efforts to aid listening to Lipcrack tracks more enjoyable.

Have a great month what’s left of it if it hasn’t already been so, share some of that February love if you haven’t already and look forward to catching up with readers next month.
