This is another brief update obviously unusual considering Lipcracks posts for the main are monthly only and will continue to remain that way after this month concludes regardless of outstanding issues.
The legal department of the hosting service have been contacted in relation to current issues that were outlined. In that email they detailed conditions under which they would respond to those issues. At this stage I do not need to disclose that but will comment on it at a later date for our readers to consider.
Again I cannot currently give a turn around time on when these issues will be resolved as mentioned about five server related issues were found and forwarded to technical support. The company that supplies the platform on which news updates and subscribers sign up’s are provided has also been contacted in relation to the matter.
We hope this issue will be resolved ASAP for our many happy customers.
